Wedding Menu Options

 

OPTION 1 :  $32 per person 

Main: Alternate Drop main of roast pork or beef, both served with roasted root vegetables and greens.  

 

OPTION 2 :  $26 per person

Selection of six canapés (your choice of six from our list of 20 options) served to your guests over 90 minutes.

 

OPTION 3 :  $45 per person

Starter: Classic Mediterranean tomato soup served with bread selection.

 

Main: Please choose two from:

Roasted pork sirloin with gravy and apple sauce.

Whole rib fillet with pan jus gravy.

Slow roast lamb with pan gravy and mint jelly.

Roasted free range whole chicken with chicken gravy.

All served with roasted baby potatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin.

Also with seasonal fresh local vegetables

 

Side dishes/salads:

Traditional potato salad

Vegetarian pasta salad

Mixed salad greens

A salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, onions etc.

Olives, sundried tomatoes and feta salad

Condiments and sauces

 

Dessert: Spiced cinnamon apple crumble or pavlova

 

OPTION 4 :  $45 per person

Starter: Breads served on centre of tables

 

Main: Tri Drop of chicken breast fillet, rib eye steak & sea Barramundi (Please contact us for current sides served with these meals)

 

OPTION 5 :  $50 per person

Starter: Soup - your choice of Pumpkin or Potato & Leek or Tomato & Bacon

Bread rolls served on table

OPTION 6  :  $52 per person

Hors-D'oeuvres: Includes your choice of two of the cold selection and two of the hot selection. These may be served on the lawn prior to entering the restaurant.

     Watermelon & fetta

     Thai fishcakes with homemade dipping sauce

     Vegetable crudites with duo of dips

Hot Selection

     Goujons of fish fillets

     Frittata  with onion and ham or chicken or ricotta and mushroom

     Fried chorizo and potato pastries

     Satay chicken

     Moroccan beef kebabs

Entree : An alternate drop of :

Potato and Leek Soup served hot or cold.

Smoked Salmon and Avocardo Timbale on a bed of Garden Salad, served with a Caperberry sauce.

Whole baked field Mushroom stuffed with roast Capsicum, Kalamata Olives and Feta, garnished with Basil Pesto. topped with Paramaesan.

 

Main: An alternate drop of 4 Mains

OPTION 8   :  $62 per person

Entree

An alternate drop of :

Oysters Natural served on a bed of Rock Salt with fresh wedges of lennon

Mango prawn Salad

Marinated Octopus cooked with Fennel, Ouzo and finished with Roast Capsicum Coulis

 

Main: An alternate drop of 4 Mains

DESSERT :  $5 or $10 per person

Half ($5) or full ($10) sized serves of our dessert menu can be served for your guests with a choice of:

Pavlova

WEDDING CAKE

You are welcome to use your wedding cake as your dessert. If you choose to slice and serve the cake yourself then there will be no extra cost for this. If you would prefer our staff to slice, plate and serve the cake with cream then it comes at a cost of $3 per person.
