Wedding Menu Options
OPTION 1 : $32 per person
Main: Alternate Drop main of roast pork or beef, both served with roasted root vegetables and greens.
OPTION 2 : $26 per person
Selection of six canapés (your choice of six from our list of 20 options) served to your guests over 90 minutes.
OPTION 3 : $45 per person
Starter: Classic Mediterranean tomato soup served with bread selection.
Main: Please choose two from:
Roasted pork sirloin with gravy and apple sauce.
Whole rib fillet with pan jus gravy.
Slow roast lamb with pan gravy and mint jelly.
Roasted free range whole chicken with chicken gravy.
All served with roasted baby potatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin.
Also with seasonal fresh local vegetables

Hors-D'oeuvres: Includes your choice of two of the cold selection and two of the hot selection. These may be served on the lawn prior to entering the restaurant.

WEDDING CAKE
You are welcome to use your wedding cake as your dessert. If you choose to slice and serve the cake yourself then there will be no extra cost for this. If you would prefer our staff to slice, plate and serve the cake with cream then it comes at a cost of $3 per person.
